Thanks to its location right on the slope, you can take your first run before the lifts have even started operating. Just step through the front door, and there are 190 kilometers of slopes at your disposal. HEART Artisan Apartments are located right on the A7, Sölden’s principal downhill run. In the morning you’ll ski right onto the slope, and at the end of the day take a special private exit from the ski run directly to HEART.

Peaceful, detached from it all, and yet still perfectly connected to everything. Right next to HEART you’ll find ‘Pfandl,’ one of Sölden’s most traditional and tasty restaurants. Strap on your skis, and in 20 seconds you’ll be at the children’s ski area (Ski-Kinderland) and the ski school. And if you feel like partying a little, Sölden’s après-ski hotspots ‘Philipp’ and ‘Finale’ are located only 250 meters as the crow flies from HEART. Don’t want to drive to the center of town? No problem. The free shuttle will get you there in 3 minutes.
